Greg has the Professional and Life Experience to Serve You Well.

A resident on the Big Island for more than 20 years, he has experience working in the financial industry here and on the mainland, managing loan portfolios, loan officers and various branch banking enterprises. In 1998 he turned to the real estate profession full time as the Executive Officer for the Kona Board of Realtors, responsible for association management and facilitated Board enforcement of the National Association of Realtors, Code of Ethics, a very important aspect of the Realtor profession. In 1999, he entered full time real estate sales and was recognized as Rookie Top Producer that year and in 2002 became a Real Estate Broker. In 2009 he was the overall Top Producer for Clark Realty, the largest Brokerage on the Island and ranked in "Hawaii Business, Top 100 Realtors", state wide.

During the course of his real estate career he has devoted the time and energy to continuing education to achieve such designations as; GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, ABR, Accredited as a Buyers Representative and CIPS, a Certified International Property Specialist.

Integrity is priceless; knowledge and experience just take time. Greg offers his clients all three.

Community Involvement:

Greg is currently engaged as a Neighborhood Watch Coordinator and an on call member of the Community Emergency Response Team. Past affiliations include; National Ski Patrol, Friends Of the Children's Advocacy Center, Lions & Exchange Clubs, Volunteer Fireman & Emergency Medical Technician, Little League Coach, Boy Scouts, Toastmasters, Past President, Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce and services as a United States Marine in Viet Nam.
